Terms of Membership
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms govern membership of Kamadeva Privé, the members' circle of Kamadeva Hospitality Group. By registering at one of our venues, or by using the member portal, you agree to them.
1. Joining
Membership is free and begins when you register at one of our venues. You must be 18 or over. We ask for your name, phone number and email address; a date of birth is optional and used only to mark your birthday.
Membership is personal to you. Your card, your tier and your benefits are not transferable, and the house may decline or withdraw membership at its discretion.
2. Your card
Your membership card is a QR code held in the portal. Show it at the door so we know you have arrived, and at the bill so your spend is recognised. Anyone presenting your card will be treated as you, so keep it to yourself. Tell us if you lose access and we will issue a new one.
3. Standing and points
You collect Kamadeva Privé points as you spend across the venues. Your standing reflects your relationship with the house over a rolling year: it can rise, and it can ease back if you are away for a long while.
- Guest — where everyone begins.
- Privé Member — reached on your third visit within 90 days, automatically.
- Silver — reached at 400 points, or 15 visits in a year, whichever comes first.
- Gold — 1,400 points.
- Kamadeva Black — 4,000 points.
Gold and Kamadeva Black are extended personally by the house rather than granted automatically: reaching the mark opens the conversation, it does not conclude it. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between members. The thresholds and the earn rate may change; we will tell you if they do.
4. Benefits
Benefits attach to your tier and to the venues and occasions the house designates. Where a discount applies to your tier it is applied at the bill without you having to ask. Benefits are not guaranteed, may differ by venue and by night, and may be withdrawn or varied — they are an expression of hospitality, not a purchased entitlement.
5. Reservations
Reservations are requests until a venue confirms them. Booking for certain events may open to higher tiers first. Please tell us if your plans change; repeated failure to arrive for a confirmed booking may affect your access to reservations.
6. Click & collect
Orders placed in the portal are prepared for collection at the venue and paid for on collection — no payment is taken online. Prices are those shown at the time of collection, availability is not guaranteed, and either you or the venue may cancel an order before it is collected.
7. Kamadeva Muse
Muse is a separate, invitation-only programme that runs alongside Kamadeva Privé. It is not a Privé tier, it does not convert into one, and belonging to one has no effect on the other. Where you belong to both, they are held as separate memberships.
8. Conduct and admission
Membership does not guarantee entry. Our venues operate their own admission policies, capacity limits and dress codes, and the right of admission is reserved. We may suspend or end a membership where a member behaves in a way that is unsafe, unlawful, or incompatible with the comfort of other guests and our teams.
9. Ending your membership
You may leave at any time: in the app, Settings → Close my membership; through the Help page in the portal; by writing to support@kamadevaprive.com; or by speaking to a manager at any venue.
Closing a membership is a request rather than an instant erasure, because the visit and spend records behind it carry obligations that outlast the membership. We will close it, stop writing to you, and remove what we are free to remove; the Privacy Policy sets out what is kept, for how long, and why.
We may end a membership under clause 8, or where an account appears to have been misused. When membership ends, points and tier are lost and are not reinstated if you rejoin.
10. Changes, and the law that applies
We may change the programme and these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you through the portal where a change is significant. Continuing to use your membership means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
